4. No helium balloons are permitted on the Convention Center property.
5. Wheelchair service will be available at the Drop-off loop to take elderly and limited mobility attendees to and from the prayer hall. We DO NOT have enough wheelchairs available for you to borrow this year, so if you require one throughout the event, please bring your own.
6. NO SOLICITATION (including advertising or petitioning of any kind) will be tolerated from organizations or businesses not already registered as Eid Orlando vendors or sponsors.
7. Tickets are non-refundable. We do not have the capacity to refund your tickets if you choose not to celebrate Eid with us, or on Friday, for any reason. We hope you understand, but this close to the event we have already made necessary arrangements for the anticipated number of attendees.
Donations and Zakat-ul-Fitr:
If you have already given to support efforts to bring joy to our community then THANK YOU! It costs over $20 per person to make all the arrangements. If you haven't already given to help cover the added cost or support those from low-income families to attend, then you can make a contribution here. If you haven't already given your Sadaqah/Zakat-ul-Fitr, we encourage you to give it to your local masjid or favorite nonprofit that provides aid to local families BEFORE arriving so these families can get help in a timely manner.
It is an immense blessing and joy to be able to provide this service for our community. Please forgive us in advance for any shortcomings. Our intention has always been to bring smiles to your faces. If you have any general questions or concerns about the event, please email info@eidorlando.org. If you have questions about registration, email me at Sadaf@eidorlando.org.
