Eid Orlando is dedicated to uniting the Central Florida Muslim community for a family-friendly Eid prayer and celebration. Now in our 10th year, Eid Orlando will be back at the Orange County Convention Center, West Concourse, for Eid ul-Fitr Prayer on Sunday, March 30th.
Eid is a time of joy, gratitude, and togetherness, bringing families and communities together in celebration. This year, we continue our tradition of creating a welcoming space for all, filled with prayer, festivities, and special activities for children. Join us as we celebrate the spirit of Eid with joy, connection, and shared purpose.
The event will take place at the same halls in Orange County Convention Center, West Concourse: the Tangerine Ballroom with entertainment in Exhibition Hall E & F.

2025 Khateeb: Ustadh Zaid KhananiZaid Khanani is the Religious Director for Siraat Community in Orlando, FL. He has a bachelors in Islamic Law and Theology and a masters in Islamic Law and Legal theory as well as a Masters in Counseling Psychology. Zaid is also continuing his formal Islamic Studies with scholars both locally in the US and overseas.

Eid Prayer led by: Hafidh Zain AbaumerHafidh Zain Abaumer memorized and completed the Quran at the tender age of 11 at Islamic Center of Orlando. After completion, he went on to learn the sciences of Quranic recitation with scholars that have a very close and strong isnad (chain of recitation) to the Prophet s.a.w. Further, he moved to California to increase his knowledge in the islamic sciences and work in the tech environment as a business intelligence executive. He has been leading taraweeh for the past 20 years Alhamdulillah and now lives and resides back in Orlando, FL.
